My Story
Blaenavon to Usk Triathlon 26th April 2026
Powered by Blaenavon Male Voice Choir
On 26 April 2026, Blaenavon Male Voice Choir will once again swap tuxedos for trainers—this time taking on a 50‑mile triathlon from Blaenavon to Usk.
This year, Blaenavon Male Voice Choir (BMVC) is focusing its fundraising on supporting the choir itself, while also raising vital funds for Prostate Cymru and the Synovial Sarcoma Fund. Through our concerts and events, we aim to strengthen BMVC for the future and support two important health‑related charities that are especially close to our members and their families.
After the success of our 2025 Blaenavon to Usk ultra‑marathon, where nine choristers completed 28 miles as part of the London Marathon MyWay and raised thousands of pounds for the choir and men’s health, we’re going further—literally and figuratively. This triathlon is our next bold step in showing what a modern male voice choir can be: active, visible and community‑minded. This year
