My Story
Why I’m fundraising for Survivors of Abuse
I’m taking part in the London Marathon My Way, completing the full 26.2 mile challenge to raise money for Survivors of Abuse.
Childhood and Domestic abuse is something that affects far too many people, often quietly and behind closed doors. The impact it has on individuals and families can be devastating, and the support provided by organisations like Survivors of Abuse can be life-changing. They offer a safe place, guidance, advocacy and vital support to help people rebuild their lives.
By taking on this challenge, I want to help raise both awareness and funds so that more people can access the support they need when they need it most.
26.2 miles will certainly be a challenge for me, but it feels like a small thing to do in order to support such an important cause.
If you are able to donate, even a small amount, it would mean a great deal. Every contribution helps Survivors of Abuse continue the incredible work they do supporting those who need it most.
Thank you so much for your support.
