2026 TCS London Marathon MyWay - whether you want to amble across country lanes or power over hills, the TCS London Marathon MyWay is your chance to complete 26.2 miles however and wherever you wish on Marathon Day. 

We are a charity which provides free care and support to people with any life-limiting illness, including respiratory disease, Motor Neurone disease, heart disease, advanced dementia, respiratory disease and cancer. We also provide free bereavement and psychological support to patients and their families.
